importance, medium or historical relevance. We make no representations and warranties,
express or implied, as to whether the purchaser acquires any copyrights, including
but not limited to, any reproduction rights in any property. we offer a thirty
day refund policy in case of errors and omissions in the item description, glossary,
or in any supplemental material and email communication.

Buyer should inspect the property when purchased item arrives to determine its
condition, size, and whether or not you are satisfied with the purchase. We offer
an unconditional 15 day return policy (excluding shipping cost), provided the
item is returned to Buddha Museum.com at the original selling location in the
same condition in which it was at the time of sale.

According to generally accepted opinion of scholars and specialists, Buddha Museum
issues an Authenticity Guaranteed Invoice as a warranty for refund. In case of
dispute regarding authenticity, expert examination by scientific process is generally
accepted for this purpose. Buyer can also obtain, at the buyer's expense, the
opinion of two recognized experts in the field, mutually acceptable to Buddha
Museum.com and the purchaser, before we determine whether to refund a sale under
the above warranty. Buddha Museum.com warrants the authenticity of any given sale
item for a period of three years from the date of sale. This is a non-assignable
warranty applicable only to the original purchaser of record and not to any subsequent
owners.

Upon agreement of purchase, buyer will pay in full, or percentage of purchase
price as agreed. If payment is not made in 7 days, we may cancel the sale according
to the conditions set forth herein. In addition, other remedies available to us
by law will also be applied.

We reserve the right to reject any offer, cancel a sale, withdraw any item for
sale before payment is received, deposited, or processed in credit card sale.

the right to relist and resell the item in dispute. If any dispute arises after
the sale, our sale record shall be conclusive. Buddha Museum.com shall have no
liability whatsoever for such withdrawal and sale.

Buyers assume full risk and liability for ivory items and endangered species shipping
outside of the United States. Buddha Museum.com will purchase shipping insurance
on behalf of client at client's request. However, including and without limitation,
buyers are responsible for customs tax, customs confiscation, and damages during
shipping outside of the United States. In no event will our liability to a purchaser
exceed the purchase price actually paid.

If we obtain on behalf of the buyer an CITES certificate for an item containing
an endangered species, there will be a charge of $200 for each license obtained.
Presently there are
no restrictions on shipments between States or U.S. territories including the
District of Columbia, Guam, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Commonwealth of the Northern
Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa.

Unless exempted by law, California residents will be required to pay the combined
California State and local sales tax of 8.75%.

These terms of sale and terms of guarantee, as well as the buyers' and our respective
rights and obligations hereunder, shall be governed by and construed and enforced
in accordance with the laws of the State of California. By purchasing at Buddha
Museum.com, whether present in person or by representative, email, telephone or
other means, the buyer shall be deemed to have consented to the jurisdiction of
the state courts of, and the federal courts of the State of California. Buddha
Museum.com shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages incurred
or claimed.
