Possibly Chinese, overall very good condition

An antique celadon nephrite jade toggle of two Chinese lions, a mom and her pup at play with ribbons and pearl. Distinctive archaic design rendered with evocative character, fused with the round edges and smooth touch, broad strokes and definitive cuts are used to shape this multi-hued jade. Despite the multiplicity in composition, the apparent simplicity in design gleams with buoyancy and charms for these two lions. This century old toggle would have been a frequently wore touchstone of good fortune for its owner(s) in the century plus past.
