A
vigorously carved roaring foo dog with glass-eyes and teeth inlays, featuring
multiple carved through with a small pup balancing on a ball. The tail of the
large Foo Dog is thrust up and terminates in five separate cascading sections,
intricately detailed hair lines with long fur on the animals' neck and back and
down the sides of its legs. Semi-gloss finish
to a rich burgundy red, a couple of filled minor age cracks with no major losses.
