excellent This
antique Tibetan gilt bronze is an exceptional find. The rare three-pointed crown
is indicative that this Buddha is in his Sambhogakaya state as the transcendent
Buddha or “enjoyment body” that represents the highest development of the Buddha’s
speech. This bronze is especially weighted, an indication that a longer and more
deliberated process was applied in the casting a process that requires greater
degrees of mastery and skill from the artist.
