This very well cast bronze statue is magnificently modelled and gilded in silver and gold, in every conforming details as the deity is depicted in Tibetan tradition. Here the wealth-bestowing White Jambhala is wrathful in appearance, he wears a five-points crown, behind which the head of Garuda emerges from his flaming hair. The Dharmapala has three bulging eyes, a forcible square jaw where fangs and teeth are shown in his half smile, and he is half naked, adorned with strings of beads and ornaments, with a wealth forging khatvanga in in hands, sitting in a royal ease position above a lotus pedestal saddle that mounted on the silver gilded dragon, with its head turning upward smiling toward the Wealth God, on a podium formed from twirling tide pools it firmly stands. The entire figure appears to be welded from three sections, and exquisitely held together with resplendent details. It is truly a dynamic statue infused with the presence of this powerful deity, the White Jambhala.
